摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased significantly.Surgery is the most important treatment for thyroid cancer.The overall prognosis of differentiated thyroid cancer is better.But about 30％ of patients with thyroid cancer will recur or be metastasis,and lifelong standardized follow-up and monitoring are important particularly.Follow-up includes thyroid function determination,thyroglobulin (Tg) determination,neck ultrasound and 131I full-body scan,18FDG PET and so on.Standardized long-term follow-up and dynamic observation of disease progression,early detection of tumor recurrence and metastasis,monitoring treatment and timely adjustment of treatment options are significant to reduce the mortality of differentiated thyroid cancer.The postoperative thyroid cancer standardized management is imperative.关键词
