摘要
Abstract
Lateral neck compartment lymph node dissection is the main surgical protocol for thyroid cancer.Postoperative recurrence was mainly caused by the "non-standard" dissection.The key skills of lateral neck dissection combining with the knowledge of lateral neck compartment's anatomy are the most important issues which mean how to deal with the carotid sheath,lateral accessory nerve and transverse cervical vessel,which are the easiest omissive sites.关键词
