摘要
Abstract
The diagnosis of bilateral cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma includes ultrasound,computed tomography (CT),fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy,thyroglobulin (Tg) determination in fine needle aspiration washout and intraoperative frozen section.Its treatment mainly include bilateral neck dissection,radioactive iodine treatment,external beam radiation and thyrotropin suppression therapy.关键词
