摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare and evaluate the differences of laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy for periappendiceal abscess.Methods The operation time and postoperative recovery of patients with periappendiceal abceses who underwent operations from February 2011 to February 2015 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhangjiajie City were analyzed retrospectively.The possible problems maybe occurred in laparoscopic appendectomy were fully discussed as well.Results There were no difference between laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy in terms of operation time.However,patients after laparoscopic appendectomy had shorter recovery time of intestinal function,lower postoperative morbidity and fewer days of hospitalization compared with patients after open appendectomy.There were significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with open appendectomy,laparoscopic appendectomy has significant advantages and should be performed under the guidance of senior surgeons as soon as possible.关键词
