Abstract
Red beet is a variation of cultivated beet,which is also named garden beet.The cultivated beet originated from wild beet (B.Vulgaris L.).Red beet is akindof raw herbs for two years.Its taproot is developed which shape is a spindle or spherical and the root flesh is red or purple yellow.Red beet is a common vegetable in European and American countries.It is rich in nutrition and has obvioushealth care efficacy,so it's a kind of very valuable vegetable and industrial raw materials.关键词
