复方甘露醇联合甘油果糖治疗急性脑出血的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated with Compound mannitol combined with Glycerol fructose. Method 68 patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to random number table. Observation patients were treated with Compound mannitol combined with Glycerol fructose, control group patients were treated with Glycerol fructose only. The clinical efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the neurologic impairment score reduced significantly in both group (P<0.05), the score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). On the 7th day and 15th day after treatment, the hematoma volume reduced significantly in both group (P<0.05), the hematoma volume of observation group was significantly less than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the rehaemorrhagia rate and fatality rate of observation group were significantly lower those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound mannitol combined with Glycerol fructose in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage has effective clinical curative effect, and can significantly improve the cerebral hemorrhage disease and prognosis.关键词
