摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effects of Urinary kallidinogenase on neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Method 137 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 were randomly assigned to experimental group (n=70) and control group (n=67). Control group patients were treated with conventional therapy, experimental group patients were added with Urinary kallidinogenase on the basis of control group. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP), the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), daily life ability score (ADL) score, regional papillitis score (rLMC) and efficacy were measured before and after treatment between the two groups. Result After followed-up for 6 months, the levels of VEGF and CGRP in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of VEGF and CGRP in experimental group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). After followe-up for 6 months, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), the ADL scores and rLMC were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The scores of NIHSS in experimental group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), the ADL score and rLMC were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can significantly help the establishment of collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke, improve the damaged nerve function. It can improve the therapeutic effect and worthy of clinical popularization.
