Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of children with hydrocephalus. Method 52 cases of children with hydrocephalus in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 26 cases in each group. Control group children were treated with routine method, and study group children were treated with laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt. The operation time, hospital day, length of incision, postoperative complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Result The operation time and hospital day of study group were shorter than those of control group (P<0.05), and the length of incision was smaller than that of control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative infection, intracranial hypotension syndrome, intracranial edema of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group (χ2=5.3182,P=0.0211). Conclusion Laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of children with hydrocephalus, has the advantages of smaller trauma, higher safety and less complication, the effect is definite.关键词
