Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lens posterior capsulotomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma. Method 100 patients (127 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observation group patients were treated with lens posterior capsulotomy, control group patients were treated with laser peripheral iridotomy. The anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure, visual acuity and postoperative complications were observed before and after operation between the two groups. Resul tAfter operation, the anterior chamber depth and vision in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), the intraocular pressure and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lens posterior capsulomy can improve the vision and intraocular pressure of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma, has significant effect and less complications.关键词
