Chemical Constituents of Eupatorium Fortunei Turez
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Eupatorium fortunei Turez. Methods The chemical constituents of Eupatorium fortunei Turez were isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and recrystallization and the compounds were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectrometry. Results Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated from Eupatori-um fortunei Turez, they were 1- O-β- D-glucopyranosyl-( 2 S, 3 S, 4 R, 8 E ) -2-[ ( 2′- R ) -2′-hydroxypalmitoyl-amino ] -8-oc-tadecene-1, 3, 4-triol ( Compound 1 ) , 1- O-β- D-glucopyranosyl -( 2 S, 3 S, 4 R, 8 E ) -2-[ ( 2′- R ) -2′-hydroxydocosanosyl-amino ] -8-octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol ( Compound 2 ) , taraxasterol ( Compound 3 ) taraxasterol acetate ( Compound 4 ) , trans-melilotoside ( Compound 5 ) , isorhamnetin-3- O-rutinoside ( Compound 6 ) , uracil ( Compound 7 ) , 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid ( Compound 8 ) , re-spectively. Compound 1 and Compound 2 were cerebroside compounds. Conclusion All compounds were isolated from Eupatorium fortunei Turez for the first time.关键词
