摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an ICP-OES method for determination of aluminum residue in ferric ammonium citrate. Methods The detection wavelength was, the optimal high frequency input power was 1. 3 kW, the flow rate of the atomizer was 0. 6 L/min, and the pump speed was 396. 153 nm 1. 5 mL/min. Results The mass concentration of aluminum in the range of 0-5 μg/mL has a good linear relationship with the absorption intensity. The linear regression equation was A=847400 C-683. 8, r=0. 999994( n=6), the average recovery was 96. 19%( n=6), The RSD was 2. 39%( n=6). The detection limit was 0. 028 μg/mL and the limit of quantification was 0. 085 μg/mL. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, specific and sensitive, which can be used for the control of aluminum residue in ferric ammonium citrate.
