Application of Comfort Nursing in Insulin Glargine Combined with Repaglinide for Treating Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of comfort nursing in insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treat-ment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comfort nursing intervention. Results After nursing, the FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1C and other indexes in the two groups were decreased, but the observation group decreased significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The nursing satis-faction of the observation group was 90. 00%, which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Application of comfort nursing in insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the awareness of medical service, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
