裸花紫珠颗粒治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎51例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Luohua Zizhu Granules for treating pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods Totally 102 children patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis in our hospital from May 16, 2015 to May 16, 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the randomized, double-blind, double dummy controlled study method, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given Amoxicillin Capsules, while the experimental group was given Luohua Zizhu Granules. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94. 12%, which was significantly higher than 80. 39% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the improvement of WBC count and CRP level in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The time of fever clearance and the disappearance time of sore throat in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Luohua Zizhu Granules in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis has good effect, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
