小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钠对复发性流产患者预后的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin ( LMWH ) on the progno-sis of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Totally 120 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with LMWH, while the observation group was treated low dose aspirin combined with LMWH. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the increase of PT, TT and APTT levels and the decrease of FIB level were significantly greater in the observation group after treatment ( P < 0. 05 ) . The levels of PLT in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment ( P < 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . The live birth rate of the observation group was 81. 67%, which was significantly higher than 61. 67% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Low dose aspirin combined with LMWH can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.关键词
