Abstract
Objective To observe the intervention effect of targeted phonophoresis of drugs combined with high quality nursing used in perioperative period of knee arthroplasty and to provide reference for improving the quality of knee arthroplasty. Methods Totally 108 patients with knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from January to June in 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the operation sequence number and digital random table method, 54 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with targeted phonophoresis of lidocaine and dexamethasone, during the perioperative period, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing. Results The VAS scores of 6, 24 and 48 h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The postoperative hospitalization time and compli-cation rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the observation group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After 3 months of follow-up, the QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion High quality nursing mode combined with targeted phonophoresis of medicine can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients with knee arthroplasty in perioperative period and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.关键词
