Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing risk management in prevention of peptic ulcer induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs). Methods Totally 86 patients underwent long-term treatment with NSAIDs in the hospital from May 2012 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, on this basis, the study group was given nursing risk management. The occurrence of nursing risk, patients′satisfaction with nursing and the incidence of peptic ulcer in the two groups were observed. Results The total risk rate and the inci-dence rate of peptic ulcer in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( 2. 33% vs. 16. 28%, 4. 65% vs. 18. 60%, P < 0. 05 ) , and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group ( 90. 70%vs. 74. 42% , P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nursing risk management is significantly effective in prevention of peptic ulcer caused by NSAIDs, and it is beneficial to the treatment of basic diseases.关键词
