Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Totally 119 cases of adverse drug reactions reported by our hospital from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016 were sorted out and analyzed according to the general situation of patients, the situation of drug use, the occurrence of adverse drug re-actions and the outcome. Results In 119 cases of adverse drug reactions, the main drugs involved were antibiotics, mainly manifested in the skin and its accessories damage, gastrointestinal system damage, systemic damage, the serious adverse drug reactions were mainly bone marrow suppression caused by antineoplastic drugs and abnormal liver function induced by antibiotics. Conclusion The analysis results of adverse drug reactions should be timely feedback to the doctors, and the clinical importance of drug safety should be reminded. On the basis of rational drug use, the patient medication monitoring should be strengthened in order to prevent the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
