摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the occurrence characteristics, diagnosis basis and treatment methods of drug fever, so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Methods The clinical pharmacists in the Department of Neurology analyzed the use of cefoperazone sulbactam in 1 patient whose body temperature was abnormally high after first rash. Results and Conclusion Drug fever induced by cef-operazone sulbactam is one of the common immune reactions in the body. Because of its concealment, it is easy to interfere with the doctor′s correct diagnosis and delay the treatment. Clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment can discover the possibility of drug fever in time, improve the rational use level of antibiotics, avoid the increase of patient′s treatment cost and save medical resources.关键词
