永磁同步电主轴内部流场与温度场耦合分析
Coupling analysis of internal flow field and temperature field of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle

Abstract
Over heating of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motorized Spindle ( PMSMS) is one of the main fac-tors that affect the normal operation .This paper selected a certain type of PMSMS as the research object , the influence of air flow in PMSMS on its internal temperature rise was analyzed .The internal air gap and end wind-ing of the motorized spindle were modelled by the UG software .The model was meshed by the ICEM software . Under certain assumptions and boundary conditions , the flow field and temperature field were calculated using ANSYS/FLUENT.The temperature distribution and velocity distribution of the motorized spindle were ob-tained .The analysis results show that the air flow in the PMSMS has a certain influence on the temperature rise of the motorized spindle .Rotation of the groove on rotor surface in the air gap of the motorized spindle can ef-fectively disturb the air in winding end .Thereby , the heat dissipation of the winding is increased .关键词
