摘要

Abstract

This paper studied and designed the strain gauge sensor for the measurement of the normal force and the friction between the roller and the billet,in order to improve the precision of rolling and control strip shape,the distribution of rolling force and friction force along the roller was studied.The test about this sensor was been carried out on a single roller,which showed its reliability and high precision.This technology is of wide prospect of application and help to study the mechanism and to improve the quality and speed of rolling production.
