摘要
Abstract
Acidizing operation is one of the frequently employed process in oil-gas exploitation,but the return acidizing fluid is characterized by strong acidic and corrosive,high iron content and salinity,and with irritating smell,which made it being one of the main pollution sources of the oil and gas industry.A removable skidmounted automatic processing unit is proposed to treat this return acidizing liquid wastes in this paper,it can treat the waste liquid and gas generated during the acidizing operation quickly,economic and effectively,and with the features of smaller floor area need,convenient to removal,easy erection and operating.After trial test and field use,the equipment can meet the design requirements for pH control,iron removal rate,and viscosity reduction rate of the return acidizing fluid.关键词
