Research and application of nacelle temperature field uniformity control of wind turbine generator system
摘要
Abstract
Inside the nacelle of wind turbine generator system,it existed the problems of alarm and shutdown with over-temperature of the main heat sources (such as the generator,gearbox,etc.) caused by the temperature field distribution non-uniformity.This paper took the traditional structure of "bottom to tail" as the object of research.The temperature field uniformity evaluation index based on heat source perturbation was introduced and the index reached the minimum with the orthogonal test.The temperature field distribution uniformity influenced by the factors of environment temperature,wind speed,outlet size and inlet size was analyzed.The local difference inside the nacelle was reduced and the heat transfer efficiency was improved.Finally,both the optimum operating temperature of the heat source parts and the temperature field distribution uniformity were realized by the temperature optimal control system.关键词
