高速永磁同步电主轴的热态特性研究
Research on thermal characteristics for high speed permanent magnetic synchronous motorized spindle
摘要
Abstract
To explore the distribution of high speed motorized spindle temperature field in permanent magnet synchronous motor and put forward the main measures of improving the motorized spindle thermal characteristics,this paper introduced the heat rejection mechanism and calculated the thermal boundary parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle.Then,the finite element model of motorized spindle was built.The static and transient temperature fields were simulated by FEM software of ANSYS Workbench.The results showed that the entire spindle temperature field was not uniform and the temperature trend of the front and rear bearing is consistent.Therefore,to improve the thermal characteristics of motorized spindle,it is necessary to reasonable distribute the cooling device of motorized spindle and increase related fluid parameters.关键词
