摘要

Abstract

In this paper,taking three-ring parallel moving gear reducer as the research object,using the method of modem vibration signal processing technique,vibration acceleration signal collected was analyzed under different revolving speeds.Then,time domain parameter,autocorrelation function,power spectral density function and first ten orders natural frequency of the system are obtained.The results show the vibration is increasing with the run speed increases,the magnitude of the vibration in the X and Y direction is greater than that of the Z axis direction,and the main vibration frequency are at the positions of 17 Hz、19 Hz、21 Hz and 23 Hz.
