连作对玄参产量和根际土壤肥力及酶活性的影响
Effect of Continuous Monoculture of Scrophularia ningpoensis on Yield,Rhizophere Soil Fertility and Enzyme Activities

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of continuous monoculture of Scrophularia ningpoensiss on yield and the rhizophere soil fertility and enzyme activities.Methods:Using single factor randomized block design to analyze.Results:The disease index of Scrophularia ningpoensis,the rate of rot,the yield of tuberous root and bud has been affected significantly by continuous monoculture.With the long time continuous monoculture,the influences were more serious.Activities of polyphenol oxidase and acid phosphatase were decreased in rhizosphere soil under continuous monoculture.However,enzyme activities of catalase,sucrase,urease,acid protease and cellulose were not affected significantly.Meanwhile,the main nutrition (total N,P and K,alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P and available K),pH and organic matter contents were not affected significantly yet.Conclusion:The results indicat that continuous monoculture of Scrophularia ningpoensis led to serious effect on the production and the rate of rot.But the balance of nutrition in rhizosphere soil is not yet affected.The polyphenol oxidase and acid phosphatase may be the critical enzymes in rhizosphere soil of Scrophularia ningpoensis,the effects of continuous monoculture on other soil enzyme activities are not significant.关键词
