宽体金线蛭选育群体生产性状的选择效应
Preliminary Evaluation for the Production Traits of Mass Selective Breeding Population of Whitmania pigra

Abstract
Objective:To breed new Whitmania pigra varieties with best commercial traits.Methods:The wild Whitmania pigra population was captured in Lixia river area in Jiangsu province was used as material,a mass selection-brccding process was performed,the growth traits were used as the selection index.individual weight of 18 g or above were selected to construct a Whitmania pigra breeding population,the breeding characteristics of breeding population,common population and F1 generation reproduction were compared.Results:Compared with common wild Whitmania pigra breeding population under the same condition,the weight of laid cocoons of the Whitmania pigra breeding population was 1.81 kg per 10 kg and improved by 63.04%.The standard of cocoons was significantly increased than that in the common population(P < 0.01),but there were no difference in the rate of body weight loss and the total number of hatchlings per cocoon between this two population(P > 0.05).The production,average body weight and survival rate of the F1 generation increased by 55.69%,17.18% and 33.17% compared with the common population,respectively.Compared with the common wild population,these differences were significant(P < 0.01),the specific growth rate and weight gain rate were significantly higher than those of the common population.The proportion of dry matter between the F1 generation of other two population had no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:The results suggest that selection work can significantly improve the reproduction and breeding performance of Whitmania pigra.关键词
