黄精乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Extract from the Rhizomes of Polygonatum sibiricum

Abstract
Objective:To determine the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the rhizomes of Polygonatum sibiricum.Methods:Isolation and purification were carried out by various chromatographic techniques,such as silica gel,SePhadex LH-20,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by physic-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from Polygonatum sibiricum,and characterized as polygonatine A (1),silvaticol (2),5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-4,6-dimethyl-2-benzofuranone (3),L-pyroglutamic acid methyl ester (4),L-pyroglutamic acid (5),5-hydroxyl-2-hydroxymethylpyridine (6),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (8),pinoresinol (9),syringaresinol (10),5-hydroxymethylfurfural (11),β-sitosterol (12) and daucosterol(13).Conclusion:Compounds 2 ~ 6 are first isolated from this genus,and compounds 2 ~9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
