补阳还五汤高效液相色谱指纹图谱的建立
The Establishment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction by HPLC Fingerprint

Abstract
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Methods:The analysis was carried out on the Inertsil ODS-SP C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase consisting of 1％ formic acid(A)-acetonitrile(B,containing 1％ formic acid) with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 265 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The similarity of 15 batches samples of Buyang Hanwu Decoction were analyzed.And used the high resolution mass spectrometry identified the components.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Buyang Huanwu Decoction was established,23 common peaks were marked,and five constituents (peoniflorin,hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A,form ononetin,ononin,calycosin glycosid) were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry.The similarities of samples were between 0.876 ～ 0.997.Conclusion:The method of HPLC fingerprint is stable,reliable,which can be used for quality control.关键词
