摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate and analyze the pesticide residues of vegetables in wholesale market and evaluate their risk.[Method]The six typical vegetables of 881 groups in the vegetable wholesale market of nine cities in Anhui province in the first half year of 2017 were selected, and each vegetable was sampled to detect its residue.[ Result] The results showed that different kinds of vegetables had different pesticide resi-dues, which was also different of exceeding standard rate .The vegetables of detection have no security risks because of all of the security index of pesticide residues were less than 1.From the comprehensive evaluation of pesticide pollution, carbofuran was the key factor that affect the safety of vegetable quality .[ Conclusion] The study can provide data support and supervision for market supervision and provide reference for con-sumers to buy vegetables.关键词
