黄山回溪河养殖光唇鱼全人工繁殖技术研究
Study on Artificial Propagat ion Tech niques for Cultured Acros socheilus fasciatus in Huixi River of Huangshan Mountain
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To achieve the fully artificial propagation of cultured Acrossoche ilusf ascia tus in Huixi River of Huangshan Mountain and advance the conservation and artificial breeding of A.fasic atus natural resources in Huangshan area.[Method] Juvenile fishes were collected from Huixi River,and they were then tamed and bred to become sexually mature.Artificial propagation was conducted by adopting exterior hormones, artificial insemination and incubating in running water ,based on the measurement of individual fecundity of cultured A.fasciatus and monitoring on the gonadal development of parent fishes periodically.[Result] Cultured A.fas cia tus were highly sensitive to HCG.There was the highest rate (850.%) of inducing spawning of all with 1500IU /kg HCG,5 μg/kg LHRH-A3 and 5 mg/kg DOM in the combination of exterior hormones, while the fertilization rate and hatchability were 86.1%and 71.2%respectively .[Conclusion] The fully artificial propagation for cultured A.fas-ica tus was fully feasible in Huangshan Mountain area.关键词
