基于Android的多级净水控制系统设计与实现
Design and Realization of Multistage Water Purification Control System Based on Android
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of filtering tap water to safe drinking water automatically,a new type of multistage water purification control system is designed.The system is mainly composed of the filter structure,the control structure and the remote monitoring structure.The filter structure uses cascade of reverse osmosis membrane and ultra-filtration membrane to realize water purification.The control structure uses an AVR series micro-controller to realize auto-back washing of water purification,communication with MCGS touch screen by Modbus protocol and communication with WiFi module by self-designed protocol.The remote monitoring structure uses Eclipse development environment and WiFi communication technology to realize Android smartphone software by Java programming.Finally,the feasibility of the design is proved by the experiment,and the problems of auto-washing of water purification system and remote monitoring have been successfully solved,and the purification effect of water is good,which demonstrates the broad development prospect.关键词
