摘要

Abstract

PC104 is an industrial computer bus standard,the development of PC104 embedded modules in combination with homegrown CPU (central processing unit) is urgent to meet new application requirements.To fit those requirements,the standards of PC104 and localized Loongson 1A CPU are researched.Integrating the characteristics of two parts,an embedded module is constructed with high density components placement and signal layout design on a small size of PC104 board.Tests of the module show that the embedded module is consistent with a normal embedded system both in function and performance.Since the embedded module can be used directly in a ruggedized chassis,also with the advantages of flexible function and peripheral extension,it fits well in future industry and military applications.
