横风环境下列车交会对 25T型客车动力学性能影响
Influence on the25T Passenger Train dynamics performance under train-passing on cross wind environment

Abstract
Based on train aerodynamics and train system dynamics methods, the influence of the 25T Passenger Train dynamics performance between 25T Passenger Train and CRH5 EMU intersection in cross-wind was studied. By using unsteady N-S equation of three-dimensional and compressible viscous fluid, the aerodynamic loads acting on 25T Passenger Train body under different wind velocities and different train passing velocity were calculated. Then the three-dimensional system dynamic model of 25T Passenger Train were modeled by SIMPACK. The effects on the train dynamic performance of different wind velocity, different 25T Passenger Train velocity and the train-passing were analyzed. The result shows: At the beginning and the end of train-passing, the dynamic performance of the train declined. Among the derailment coefficient, overturning coefficient and lateral wheel-rail force, overturning coefficient is the most sensitive dynamic index. Within a certain range, compared to vehicle speed change, the effect of wind speed change on the safe operation of the train is greater, as the wind speed increased from 20 m/s to 25 m/s, the overturning coefficient increased by 68%, while the train speed increased from 120 km/h to 160 km/h, the overturning coefficient increased by 8%. The allowed maximum wind speed are 32.8, 33 and 32.6 m/s as the 25T Passenger Train's speed are 120, 140 and 160 km/h respectively. Train-passing effect on leeward train dynamic performance increases with the increase of wind speed. When the wind speed is 35 m/s, the influence rate of intersection to derailment coefficient, overturning coefficient and lateral wheel-rail force are 49%, 42.2%, 25.3% respectively.关键词
