Design and research on anti-segregation of wider paver screw distributor
摘要
Abstract
The paving segregation of asphalt and the structure size and using parameters for the screw distributor of paver are closely related. The paving uniformity of the mixture is determined by the screw blade diameter, pitch, and the position of the mixture in the screw distributor. The variable diameters and variable pitches mathematical model of wider paver screw distributor was established through theoretical deduction and data statistical analysis. Model parameters were optimized though mathematical statistics, and engineering application example of the screw distributor optimization design was given combined with a certain type of paver. The full-scale test in actual project was conduct, and the non-destructive test and the conventional test were adopted to detect the mixture uniformity. The result shows that the anti-segregation of the variable diameters and variable pitches screw distributor is better than the equal diameters and pitches screw distributor, and it can improve the pavement segregation significantly.关键词
