摘要

Abstract

A new scheme is presented for low-voltage district topology reconstruction in this paper, which is based on extended application of remote centralized meter reading system, such as district distinguish, phase identification and instantaneous data record. The district distinguish and phase identification are used for the basic topology information acquisition, based on this method, the branch recovery is conducted, and power-line nodes ranging is used to get the topology information which is more close to the physical reality . The topology of the regional power grid is reconstruc-ted based on the information obtained above.
