摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we make parameter optimization and modification on an existing magnetoelectric laminate based high-current sensor.Through optimizing the design of magnetic circuit,resetting the DC-bias magnetic field and expanding the air gap in the ferrite magnetic circular,we have solved the problem of waveform distortion on the sensor,so that it can provide non-distorted voltage output whose amplitude has a linear relationship with the current input.The experiment results illustrate that the sensor obtains an electric current sensitivity of 4.5 mV/A within 700 A,holds a stable output voltage over a frequency range of 40 ~ 1 500 Hz,and shows good anti-interference ability.
