Design of power systems of electron beam welding machine for rail welding
摘要
Abstract
The working principle and system composition of the electron beam welding machine used for rail welding are briefly introduced.The power system composition of the welding machine is analyzed.Soft switching technology is adopted to reduce the harmonic produced by the high-speed switch on and off,reduce the switching loss,and the volume and weight of the power system.The model selection and design of main components of the power system are carried out,the test circuit is built and the control software is programmed.Through debugging the principle sample machine,the test parameters are obtained and the rationality of the design is verified.This power system meets the requirements of electron beam welding for rail welding.关键词
