Abstract
The butt joints of SUS304 stainless sheet steel and weathering sheet steel are carried out technological test with manual MIG arc brazing.Meanwhile,welding procedure qualification is executed according to the relevant technical codes.The results show that the MIG arc brazing is successfully used for butt joint brazing of SUS304 stainless sheet steel and Q355GNHD weathering sheet steel.The appearance of weld is good,and the weld is defect-free by using X-ray detection.The average tensile strength of joint is 339.58 MPa,and the strength coefficient of joint is 78.97%.The penetrant cracks between SUS304 austenitic stainless steel and copper base brazing filler metal are observed by optical microscope,and the production mechanism of penetrant crack is discussed.关键词
