摘要
Abstract
Microstructures and properties of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel welded joints that welded by MAG φ(Ar)95%+φ(CO2)5% and φ(Ar)97%+φ(O2)3% welding method are studied by tensile tests,bending tests,hardness tests and metallographic analysis.The results show that two types of joints have good tensile and bending properties,and have similar microhardness distribution trend;The weld center has the highest hardness and the heat affected zone has the minimum hardness;The microstructure of base metal is austenitic,and a few of banded δ ferrite distribute along the rolling direction;In the weld center,the black dendritic δ ferrite uniformly distribute on the white austenite matrix and the grains are fine and uniform;There are columnar austenite and lath shaped ferrite near the fusion line;The microstructure of the heat affected zone is austenitic matrix and a small amount of δ ferrite.关键词
