Finite element analysis of typical welded joint in subway roof of stainless steel
针对不锈钢地铁车顶结构中的四种类型MAG焊典型焊接接头进行试验和有限元模拟分析.基于热-力完全耦合理论和热弹塑性有限元方法,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS求解焊接过程中和焊后的温度及应力,模拟研究不锈钢地铁车顶典型焊接接头的温度场、应力场的演化行为以及残余应力的分布规律,并进行相应的焊接试验.结果表明:熔池计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;平板对接形式的应力分布是不锈钢车项各类典型接头应力分布的本质形式;对于T型接头和卷边接头形式,竖板的应力分布不…查看全部>>
