激光熔敷制备高速钢涂层
High speed steel coating produced by laser cladding
摘要
Abstract
In order to take advantage of the excellent performance of high speed steel and expand its application area and reduce its cost,high hardness high speed steel wear resistant coating was produced on the side surface of stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm by the coaxial powder feeding laser cladding technology and then some heat treatment of the samples were carried out.The microstructure of the coatings was analyzed,and the effect of heat treatment on the micro-hardness of the coating was studied.The wear resistance of the coating was tested.The results showed that the microstructure of the coating before heat treatment is small equiaxed grain,and the microstructure of the coating consists of quenched martensite,retained austenite and a small amount of carbides and tempered martensite,a small amount of retained austenite and a large number of precipitated carbides after heat treatment.The best heat treatment parameters were obtained,and the hardness of the coating was greatly improved after heat treatment,which was about 2 times than that of the substrate.The wear loss of the coating was only 1/5 compared to substrate.关键词
