不同pH下瘤胃液中纤维素降解产氢菌群的性能
Properties of cellulose-degrading and hydrogen-producing bacteria flora in rumen fluid at different pH

Abstract
A stable and efficient degradation community was developed based on different initial pH to improve the degradation rate of cellulose and study types and function of bovine rumen microorganisms .The structure and function of bacteria were analyzed by PCR-DGGE .The result showed that the utilization rate of fermentation broth with 5 g/L microcrystalline cellulose as carbon source could reach to the maximum of 81 .3% .The hydrogen production at pH 6 .5 could reach to 178 .2 mL/L .Its degradation rate and hydrogen production were higher than those reported in cellulose degrading bacteria .The community structure analysis showed that it was basically stable after 4 times of domestication . The community is consist of cellulolytic bacteria such as Ruminococcaceae , hydrogen producers such as Anaero f ilum , Enterococcus , Clostridium and Enterobacter cloacae producing H2 from cellulose .关键词
