Nozzle ring flow field analysis of vehicle axial adjustable nozzle turbocharger
摘要
Abstract
The nozzle ring internal flow field of axial adjustable nozzle turbocharger was studied,the turbine imitation model were built respectively.The numerical simulation under the multi-stage working conditions of this model was analyzed with the NUMECA software.Combined with the comparison of the turbine test data under variable operating conditions,realized the verification of the effectiveness of calculation model the nozzle ring inner flow was analyzed based on the verified simulation models,including the analyzing of the nozzle ring inner pressure field and the velocity field distribution.The results indicated the leading edge of the nozzle ring vane of turbocharger shaped airflow stagnation and low pressure areas under high and low speed working conditions,the appeared small scale wake areas near the trailing edge of the nozzle ring vane of turbocharger under low speed working conditions and the appeared wide range of wake areas near the trailing edge under high speed working conditions.The nozzle ring inner flow analyzing can guide the design and the optimization of the nozzle ring flow channel and the nozzle ring vane.关键词
