双靶向CdTe量子点的制备及其在细胞标记中的应用
The Preparation of Dual Targeting CdTe Quantum Dots and Its Application in Cells Labeling

Abstract
The pH sensitive CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared with thioglycolic acid (TGA) and mercapto-acetohydrazide (TGH) as the stabilizers.After being conjugated with antibody,the prepared CdTe QDs has both functions of pH sensitivity and immune recognition.The results of fluorescence luminescence (FL),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and cells labeling imaging showed that antibody was successfully conjugated on the surface of CdTe QDs.The prepared dual targeting QDs can be used to identify the acidic interstitial extracellular environment and label tumor cells specifically.关键词
