Abstract
AlH3 was prepared in ether using LiAlH4 and A1C13 as the starting materials. The crystallization of non-solvated AlH3 from the solvent was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Ether plays an important role in the crystallization and formation of α'-AlH3 in terms of morphology and phase fraction. If ether were not removed from the crystallization system on time,it became an impurity,leading to formation ofα'-AlH3.Furthermore,the effects ofα'-AlH3 on the ther-mal stability and sensitivity of AlH3 were studied.The presence ofα'-AlH3 could increase the decomposition rate and friction sensi-tivity of AlH3 .关键词
