摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of typical VOCs acetone from the pharmaceutical industry such as being volatile and difficult to be degraded,the performance and characterization of modified sepiolite adsorbed acetone are studied.The results show that:1) Hydrochloric acid modified sepiolite of 13 % (mass concentration) has the best adsorption effect for acetone after 12 h.The adsorption capacity is 54.41 mg/g.2) Modified sepiolite with hydrothermal temperature of 170 ℃ has the adsorption effect for acetone which can reach 23.20 mg/g.3) The sepiolite modified by acid and hydrothermal for the actual acetone equilibrium adsorption process is in accord with the Lagergren secondary adsorption rate equation.4) The representation result shows that acid modification makes specific surface area larger,impurity less,and channels of the sepiolite more smooth,which is beneficial to the adsorption of acetone.The study proposes a new process route for acetone pollution which has broad industrial application prospect in industrial and catalysis field.
