血清TGF-β1水平与急性脑梗死侧支循环及预后相关性分析

Abstract
Objective This study was designed to investigate the correlation between serum TGF-β1 level with collateral circulation and the prognosis of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 96 patients with acute cerebral infarc tion from January 2016 to April 2017 in the department of neurology in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled in the study.According to the result of TCD test,patients were divided into the collateral circulation group and non-collat eral circulation group.The venous blood samples of the patients were respectively collected on the first day,10 days and 90 days after onset.50 healthy subjects were chosen as controls,the venous blood samples were collected.The serum level of TGF-β1 was measured by ELISA,and the results were analyzed.NIHSS and mRS were assessed and analyzed.Results (1) Compared with non-collateral circulation group,the serum TGF-β1 level of the collateral circulation group was significantly higher.The serum TGF-β1 level of the patients with cerebral infarction acute phase was significantly lower than that of healthy control group.(2) The NIHSS score of collateral circulation group was significantly lower than that of non-collateral circulation group.Compared with non-collateral circulation group,the number of patients with mRS≤2 in the collateral circulation group was significantly higher.Conclusion The serum level of TGF-β1 may be associated with the collateral circulation and the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.关键词
