Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of nicergoline combined oxiracetam in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into nicergoline group and combination group,the nicergoline group was treated with nicergoline,the combination group was given nicergoline and oxiracetam combined treatment,the two groups were treated for 1 month.The cognitive function scores were cotnpared between the two groups by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) before and after the treatment,and clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The MoCA score of in the combined group was improved (5.97 ± 2.06),which was higher than (3.53±1.44) in the group,and the difference was statistically significant (t =4.21,P＜0.01).The effective rate of combination group was better than that of the nicergoline group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nicergoline combined with oxiracetam has better effect compared to the single application of nicergoline,and can significantly improve the symptoms of vascular cognitive dysfunction after stroke and the quality of life.关键词
