Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined tertiary rehabilitation training on the prognosis of elderly patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,92 cases of senile hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage patients were divided into normal group and experimental group,the two groups were treated by hyperbaric oxygen,the experimental group was given tertiary rehabilitation training on the basis of normal group,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results The GCS,FMA and ADL score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement of experimental group was more significant (P ＜ 0.05).The survival quality index score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement of experimental group was more significant (P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with tertiary rehabilitation training is significant for elderly patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.关键词
