摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin and urinary kallidinogenase on eerebrovascular reserve (CVR) and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods Ninety-four ACI patients treated in Department of Neurology,People's Hospital of Xuchang County were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine treatment;control group was also given atorvastatin, while observation group was given urinary kallidinogenase based on the control group. The CVR,nerve function, nitric oxide (NO) and level of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CVR and NO in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the NIHSS was lower than control group (P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the levels of blood pressure in two groups had no obvious changes, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of ACI can relax blood vessel, reduce plaque rupture, increase CVR,and decrease neurologic ischemia, which has application value.关键词
